Services
Preferred Care Cleaning provides residential cleaning services including standard cleaning, commercial (offices, stores, small businesses), deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and short-term rental cleaning in Calgary and surrounding areas.
The scope of work will be based on the service selected at the time of booking.
Scheduling and Access
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled service time. If cleaners are unable to access the property, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.
Please ensure pets are secured and that the property is safe for cleaning staff.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are based on the size of the property, service type, and condition of the home.
Payment may be required at the time of booking or immediately after service completion depending on the booking method.
Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, or other approved payment systems.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Preferred Care Cleaning aims to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
Liability
While our cleaners take care when working in your home, Preferred Care Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items that were not properly secured.
